Shipping policy
We pack with the utmost care and take great pains to make sure our plants make it to you safely. With that said; We cannot be held responsible for the shipping courier (UPS/USPS/etc.) mishandling, damage, temperature-related damage, or a delay in shipping. Once it leaves our hands it is in the hands of the postal service.
To ensure your plants arrive to you without delays we Ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and occasionally Wednesdays. Local delivery and drop-off occur on Thursdays + Fridays but are subject to change. Local pickup is available most days within a few hours of placing your order. Our team will reach out to schedule your pick-up time.
Plants experience stress from shipping and changing environments. They require time to recover and adjust, and potting without proper timing will cause excess stress and potential death of the plant. The plant needs to become acclimated before potting and should follow our instructions on this topic. Be mindful that the cuttings need to acclimate and adjust to your home just as potted plants do. Cuttings are not subject to refunds past the 24-hour delivery window.
Please note the following:
• All address changes for unprocessed orders must be submitted within 24 hours. Some orders will ship hours after you place your order therefore we are not responsible if the wrong address has been used.
• To see if your order qualifies for a refund please send an email of the order to hello@figandfreya.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
• Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process.
• Shipping carrier is subject to change. Our team will pick the best option to ensure your plants arrive to you as fast as possible- carrier changes will never be made if alternate shipment options are longer than what you originally selected. If you do not want us to change the shipping method, please leave us a note at checkout!
• During hot or cold months, heat packs and or insulation are added to your order automatically and free of charge. However, there is only so much these materials can do. Please order at your own discretion during these times as we do not offer refunds or replacements for temperature-related damage. We will work with you to hold your order and follow the weather to adjust your shipping time if you reach out to us before or immediately after placing your order to provide the best possible delivery environment!
• Courier delays and lost-in-transit issues are not covered by our guarantee policy.
