Orders are shipped from our Southern California Greenhouse weekly on Monday, Tuesday, and occasionally Wednesday! Our fulfillment team checks the weather in your area and along your orders route to ensure it is safe to send.

All orders include weather insulation/heat packs free of charge based on the temperature requirements of your area. If temperatures are too high or too low, our team will hold your order until the following week(s) to ensure your order arrives safely to you!

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to populate once you receive the notification.

Once your order is dropped off at the post office we have no control or ability to see more information. Please contact our team via email within 24 hours of delivery to notify us of any issues!
